Refund policy

You have the right to return eligible standard products within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the consumer rights applicable in your country.

To exercise your right of return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Where applicable, the goods must then be returned within 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to return them.

To request a return or cancellation, please sign in to your customer account or contact us through our Contact Us page.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and, as far as reasonably possible, returned with their original tags and packaging.

If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, any refund may be reduced to reflect the resulting loss in value where permitted by applicable law.

Custom-made, made-to-measure, altered or clearly personalised products, including customised blouse tailoring, fall/pico services and other personalised alterations, may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return where permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information when ordering customised tailoring. Garments are produced based on the measurements and information supplied by the customer. Because the garment is produced without an in-person fitting, minor local adjustments may sometimes be required.

Return shipping costs are normally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. We recommend using a tracked return service, as the customer remains responsible for the return until it has been received by us.

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned goods have been received and inspected, or after sufficient evidence of return has been provided where required by applicable law.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photographs and a description of the issue. These cases will be handled separately from change-of-mind returns and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Minor colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings and the natural characteristics of fabrics. Such variations are not necessarily considered defects.
